Except where noted otherwise, the Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. The Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. MHI GCC will refund anyone for any reason, for any courses that are not completed, meaning no certificate of completion has been issued. The refunds are valid up to 1 year, and in some cases, under extenuating circumstances can be extended up to 3 years. There are no refunds issued after three years of time has passed since an online payment was accepted. Refunds for online payments that have to be refunded by check are subjected to an administrative fee.

Once you have completed a course and received a certificate of completion for that course, you have completed the online service and are not entitled to a refund for any reason.
